Hande paves the way for individuals, teams and leaders in change and transition to reach their unique potential by providing coaching, mentoring and learning experiences. She believes that a better life is possible, no matter how challenging the circumstances. She aims to reveal the potential and creativity in all its works in line with its purpose and in a way that will make a positive contribution to life.
After graduating from ITU Management Engineering, Hande quickly got into business life.
In the first 19 years of her career, she worked mainly in the field of Information Systems and Business Analysis. She developed technical expertise on the SAP system and designed and implemented the logistics, sales and profitability analysis processes of institutions. Towards the end of his career in Information Systems, she led projects in which agile methods and design thinking methods were used.
During this period, Hande had the chance to get to know different company cultures and environments in about 20 companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bilim Pharmaceuticals, Zorlu Holding, and Altıparmak Gıda, for project purposes.
Again, thanks to his 3.5 years of start-up experience in this period, she was able to focus on sales, marketing and human resources, and later took leadership roles.
In the last 4 years of his career in technology, she took a leadership role in the global organization of Coca Cola Company and gained experience in managing distributed teams in 4 continents. The first team coaching experiences also took place on these teams.
She completed the Gestalt Coaching program in 2016 and started to practice at the Coca Cola Company, where he worked at that time, and stepped into the coaching world. Afterwards, she continued to receive training and gain experience on themes such as ORSC team coaching, Deep Democracy conflict management, art therapy, bodily experimentation, and furthered her studies in areas such as team performance and corporate culture.
She currently has nearly 1.000 hours of coaching experience and international accreditation. In addition, she took part in development programs in many institutions, designed and facilitated workshops.
Within the scope of social responsibility, Hande took part in ICF's youth and student projects, in the management coaching programs of 'A New Leader' for young leaders, and as a coach and facilitator during the establishment of the STEP Circle Civil Society association.
She has 1 son and 2 cats. She is a yoga instructor and dances as a hobby. She is interested in ancient teachings.
Anil Savas Kilic, PhD, PCC

Savaş is the Co-Founder of why so serious consulting, as well as a business consultant, academic, and professional coach. In recent years, he has been primarily working in the areas of leadership, culture transformation, innovation, and digitalization, supporting companies, leaders, and entrepreneurs across different scales and industries. Since the founding of why so serious in 2020, he has worked with more than 2,000 leaders and over 50 organizations, leading projects and learning programs ranging from leadership development and strategy work to innovation culture and team development. He believes meaningful transformation requires paying attention not only to strategy and processes, but also to the human side of organizations.
Before why so serious, he spent a significant part of his career at KoçDigital, EY, and Deloitte. He worked in areas such as advanced analytics, IoT, RPA, digital transformation, and smart cities; building new teams and business lines while leading large-scale projects across multiple industries. His experience spans sectors including energy, manufacturing, FMCG, and technology. Alongside his consulting work, he has been teaching for many years at universities, delivering undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral-level courses on topics such as innovation, design thinking, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Outside of business, Savaş has also been professionally involved in music production for many years and has contributed to more than 100 published musical works. He brings together the analytical perspective of an industrial engineering background with coaching and human-centered approaches, creating a multidisciplinary way of working. Over the past two years, he has also been exploring ancient philosophy, meditation, and Vipassana retreats more deeply, seeing mindfulness, awareness, and the inner world of human beings as an important part of both his personal and professional life.
