Hande paves the way for individuals, teams and leaders in change and transition to reach their unique potential by providing coaching, mentoring and learning experiences. She believes that a better life is possible, no matter how challenging the circumstances. She aims to reveal the potential and creativity in all its works in line with its purpose and in a way that will make a positive contribution to life.
After graduating from ITU Management Engineering, Hande quickly got into business life.
In the first 19 years of her career, she worked mainly in the field of Information Systems and Business Analysis. She developed technical expertise on the SAP system and designed and implemented the logistics, sales and profitability analysis processes of institutions. Towards the end of his career in Information Systems, she led projects in which agile methods and design thinking methods were used.
During this period, Hande had the chance to get to know different company cultures and environments in about 20 companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bilim Pharmaceuticals, Zorlu Holding, and Altıparmak Gıda, for project purposes.
Again, thanks to his 3.5 years of start-up experience in this period, she was able to focus on sales, marketing and human resources, and later took leadership roles.
In the last 4 years of his career in technology, she took a leadership role in the global organization of Coca Cola Company and gained experience in managing distributed teams in 4 continents. The first team coaching experiences also took place on these teams.
She completed the Gestalt Coaching program in 2016 and started to practice at the Coca Cola Company, where he worked at that time, and stepped into the coaching world. Afterwards, she continued to receive training and gain experience on themes such as ORSC team coaching, Deep Democracy conflict management, art therapy, bodily experimentation, and furthered her studies in areas such as team performance and corporate culture.
She currently has nearly 1.000 hours of coaching experience and international accreditation. In addition, she took part in development programs in many institutions, designed and facilitated workshops.
Within the scope of social responsibility, Hande took part in ICF's youth and student projects, in the management coaching programs of 'A New Leader' for young leaders, and as a coach and facilitator during the establishment of the STEP Circle Civil Society association.
She has 1 son and 2 cats. She is a yoga instructor and dances as a hobby. She is interested in ancient teachings.
Anil Savas Kilic, PhD, PCC

Savaş helps organizations, teams, and people develop innovative products & services and build an innovative environment taking people into account as well as technology / governance / processes.
In the last decade of his 20+ year work experience, he worked in managerial positions in global digital services centers of Big 4 consultancy companies; EY and Deloitte. He established 2 successful digital ventures in EY that resulted in market leadership by far.
He spent his last two years in corporate world as a partner in KocDigital: the IoT-Data Science company of Koc Holding. He focused on building new business ideas using artificial intelligence & IOT, and established smart city sector offerings as a new digital venture.
Having completed Gestalt Coaching certification program in 2019, he has included human aspect in his works on top of technical approaches to digitalization. He especially studied and practiced on cultural & emotional barriers to innovation & entrepreneurship.
He has more than 600 hours of coaching experience and holds ICF PCC accreditation.
He has a BSc in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), where he also received a master’s degree in Sound Engineering & Music Management and a PhD in Management Engineering, specializing in marketing. He is a part-time academician at Istinye University, Industrial Engineering Department. He is also lecturing in MBA programs of Kadir Has University and Bilgi University.
He is also a musician / producer who has published more than 100 musical pieces. Workouts, mindfulness practices and psychology studies take an important place in his life.
