We enable people to adopt and use it. We don't make applications. We make sure it makes an impact on your business.  We are constantly developing ideas on how we can do the work that can be done in 5 days in 1 day. for all this  We use design thinking + agility + coaching approaches.

Operational models, organizations, processes can be designed at the desk. However, these are often nothing more than some intellectual work.
 
Because processes/instructions are for robots. However, it's people who work in companies.

 

It is essential that the design meets the needs and solves the problems of the employees. People resist "solutions" that do not solve their problems, or even create new ones. 
 
For this reason, we apply approaches such as customer experience and design thinking in our projects. We listen to everyone the project will impact; we design the solution as a customer experience that solves the problems and meets the needs of the employees.

We put people and the corporate culture created by people at the center of every solution. Our approach is not just about understanding their business needs/problems. We also work with the following topics with personal coaching and group/team coaching techniques:

 

  • What are the emotional barriers / motivations related to the project / solution?

  • How does the current culture hinder / inspire the people involved in the project?

  • What are the conflicts that have not come to light in the project team? What makes the team perform well?

We include at least one business consultant who has coaching competencies in our team. Thus, we can coach and speak the same language with your business people at the same time.

With this approach, we make it easier for people to adopt the solution and the corporate culture to support the solution. In short, solutions actually come to life.

We make sure we solve the right problem.  We hear your request but focus on the underlying need. 

We admit: Like most consultants at the time, we started listing solutions and showered the clients with "best practices" and "benchmarks" after a quick listening.

But now we are listening to you. We ask questions to understand your real problem or need with coaching techniques. In this process, we sometimes hear you say, "I realize that I actually needed this rather than that"

We usually hear things like the following during customer visits.

We want to forecast sales with artificial intelligence.

The general tendency of consultants is to assume that your request is what you really need.

On the other hand, we slow down and try to figure out what problem you want will solve your problem and which need will meet your needs.

If we identify any of these, we focus primarily on solving these issues. The rest flows easily. In this way, we progress effectively and quickly.

We cut projects into small pieces that do not exceed 12 weeks. Big projects move slowly and have big assumptions. We make small assumptions, test them, move fast with our findings, and change direction quickly if necessary.

Big assumptions hit icebergs like the Titanic. In a project that will take 1 year, many unpredictable things happen and we cannot include them in the huge design we made at the beginning. In the middle of the project, as there is no flexibility to change the design, we come to a situation where we impose it on the institution and people.  

Also, big projects progress slowly and speed up at the end.

 

For this reason, we divide even projects such as cultural transformation, which take a long time, into pieces of 12 weeks at most. Thus, our assumptions become smaller, testable and we plan the next 12 weeks more effectively with our findings, and we even have the opportunity to change our direction completely.

We also work very quickly and effectively.

 

We do not fall into the sunk cost error. In other words, we do not need to force "we spent so much time, we have to kill it somehow". We can be flexible.

We do not provide consultancy, we offer consultancy experience.  You already know your industry very well. We put you in an experience that will make your knowledge and experience work.
